END OF THE YEAR
Happy Summer to everyone! Enjoy the break from your academics, but let’s not forget to hit the ground running and prepare for the 2022-2023 Football Season! Also, congrats to the Class of 2022 and our newest Graduates! Go do great things, and as always, please check in from time to time with your Freedom Football Family! Let us know how you are doing and your newest achievements! You will be missed!

WELCOME NEW TEAM MOM!
Please welcome Jenna Kuhn (mom of Basil Kuhn, Class of 2025) as the new Team Parent for the Freedom Football Program! Jenna is no stranger to the program, as she and her family have been very involved with the Football Program this past year! Just think TEAM DINNERS for starters! The Kuhns provided and served a number of our Thursday night team dinners this past season! Jenna will be transitioning to Team Parent Lead over the summer, so be on the lookout for information coming from Jenna soon! And as always, if any questions ever arise, just email fsrfootball@gmail.com, as Jenna will be taking over the Football email account as well. Thank you Jenna and the entire Kuhn Family for all you have and will do going forward to support the Freedom Football Program!

FAREWELL FROM FOOTBALL TEAM MOM
For over 4 years now, I have worked closely with the Freedom Football Program. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time and am so proud of all the players, coaches, families, and the Football Program. We have come a long way in these past four year and we still have work to do. But as I said recently at the End of Year Banquet, remember:
WE ARE STRONGER TOGETHER THAN WE ARE APART!

New Graduates and Old Grads and Families – reach back out to the program and help out when you are around. The program will benefit and you likely will, too! Currently players and families, keep striving for greatness! It is just around the corner! Keep yearning and working for what you have yet to achieve! WORK HARD TO WORK HARDER!

Thank you all for 4+ amazing years. I will truly miss the Freedom Eagle Football Family. Football has always been a huge part of my life. From going to Washington games at RFK growing up, to watching and/or traveling to see my beloved Hokies play, to watching my own child learn to play the game, to working with the Freedom Football Program, and now onto watching my son continue his dream of playing college football. It’s been a privilege to be able to work so closely with our Football players, coaches, and families that are so near and dear to my heart.

Best of luck to everyone next year! I will be cheering for Freedom from afar in our new home in Florida and also with a new name, Beardsley! So if you see some old mom like your tweet, it’s really just “Ms. R, Ms. Reems, or Ms. Reemsnyder”.. but I’m now Mrs. B.

Thank you for an amazing journey here at Freedom! You can always find me and message me on twitter @cmabeardsley!

Sincerely,

Mrs. B
Christine Armentrout Beardsley

GO EAGLES!!! ENJOY SUMMER!
